Salvatore Marotta - Creative Director / CEO
Salvatore Marotta, the founder of SM Media Group, has over 20 years experience in advertising, marketing, design, print, film and audio. Sal's most recent accomplishment was the completion of his first feature film Matched, where he wrote, directed, edited and scored the film. He also won best thriller 2020 in the Indie Gathering Film Festival. Salvatore is also an accomplished musician and screenplay writer with an enormous body of work. Some of Salvatore's recent accomplishments include the release of a documentary film and a short film released in 2019. Sal has worked with major companies like Starbucks, BMW, Danny DeVito and the City of Pompano Beach.

Olga Hall - Art Director
Olga Hall is one of our great creative minds. She holds a master's degree in engineering and a second degree in multimedia production. Olga is an accomplished designer, and has over 20 years in, marketing, advertising, fashion, and film. She has worked on major international brands, such as Red Bull, Rothmans of Pall Mall, Novarenia, Johnson & Johnson (Gateway), and many others. Olga was also instrumental in the production of the feature film Matched, where she filled many rolls as an associate producer and camera operator. With a unique combination of skills and extensive experience, bringing forth a commitment to creating powerful advertising campaigns and media productions.

Today Sal has been studying film, audio and graphics from his father since he was a child. Today Sal is proficient in running the set on location or in the studio. He collaborates in music composition and jingles.

Carlos is a seasoned veteran with decades of experience behind the camera. Carlos has worked behind the camera and in post for major networks such as, HBO & Nickelodeon. His cinematic eye and framing ability is what puts our work on a national level. His addition to our video production company in Boca Raton has become invaluable.

Serge is our internet guru. He is one of the core member of our digital marketing consulting firm. He started out offering social media marketing services in Boca Raton just after his education. Today, Serge has multiple certifications in addition to a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. Serge's talents range from SEO to high level cyber security, where he is commissioned by the US Government to work on national security.
