Starbucks

Boca Raton, FL District

This project involved producing an internal video for Starbucks’ staff-only social media platform. The goal was to capture a district-wide contest and present it in a way that energized employees and helped the district stand out among its peers.

 

The video performed so well that the team invited us back the following year. The store manager who initiated the project in 2018 has since advanced to become one of the company’s top regional managers.

This proves it pays to market to your staff.

DeVito South Beach

South Beach, Miami, FL

This project involved launching Danny DeVito’s restaurant in South Beach within a tight three-month window. Our role included developing the brand identity, logo, advertising creative, website, and packaging design, while also managing media placement across print, billboards, and outdoor advertising, including campaigns in Ocean Drive magazine.

 

With a celebrity partner attached, the pressure to make opening night a success was high, and every team involved, from the operators to the media buyers and the PR firm, worked closely to ensure the launch matched the moment.

The reservation list was six months long before opening night.

NDX National Dentex Labs

This project involved creating a series of print advertisements and company photography for NDX, one of the country’s leading dental implant laboratories. The objective was to present highly technical products in a way that felt memorable and visually striking.

 

One campaign featured a nutcracker filled with dental implants cracking a walnut, an image designed to communicate precision and strength while standing out in industry publications. Alongside the advertising campaign, we produced company photography that clearly and professionally showcased the lab’s craftsmanship, technology, and attention to detail.

The reservation list was six months long before opening night.

Novurania

This project began when a senior executive at Novurania responded to one of our print advertisements in a boating magazine and asked us to develop a series of campaigns for the brand. The work focused on creating visually distinctive ads that would stand out in a highly competitive luxury marine market.

 

At the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, we witnessed the impact firsthand when a woman approached our client with the magazine opened to one of our ads and said she loved it and wanted the boat featured on the page. She purchased the vessel shortly after—a rewarding reminder of how strong creative can capture attention and influence real buying decisions.

As new locations opened, the brand matured into a recognizable regional restaurant chain.

Divco Custom Homes is a luxury home builder serving the Naples and Southwest Florida market. Our work focused on refining the company’s brand positioning, marketing strategy, and visual presentation to align with a higher tier of custom home buyers. Through photography, video production, advertising, and digital marketing campaigns, we helped reposition the brand toward the luxury segment while streamlining the company’s marketing operations.

 

The result strengthened Divco’s public perception during one of the most difficult housing markets since 2008, allowing the company to maintain strong demand and continue building multi-million-dollar homes.

DUO Condos

We placed advertisements in publications targeting European and Canadian investors, designed a high-end brochure and website tailored to international buyers, and created incentive programs to drive responses.

 

We also developed an aggressive Realtor outreach program to support the sales team and expand distribution through international brokerage networks. Within 12 months, the project transitioned from a stalled development to a profitable, fully sold condominium community.

More than 300 units were resold, representing over $100 million in recovered sales.

Continetnal Steel 

We printed 1,000 catalogs, but we didn’t mail them.  We FedExed the first 100 overnight. That decision wasn’t about speed. It was about certainty. FedEx ensured the package would be opened. 

The very next day, less than 24 hours after the first packages landed, Continental Steel received a $5 million steel order.

That single order represented a 25% increase in annual business, almost overnight. Not from a new client. From someone who finally felt seen.

We developed the full beverage marketing platform for the brand, including the logo, packaging for the energy, water, and tea product lines, product photography, advertising concepts, and retail point-of-sale materials such as window displays and life-size cutouts.

 

Although the drink never reached retail shelves, the brand and formula were ultimately acquired for $5 million, demonstrating how strong beverage branding and marketing development can create value even before launch.
